Victoria’s Secret & Co. (VS&Co) has made big changes to its leadership team. One key update is the hiring of fashion designer Adam Selman as the new executive creative director. He will officially start on April 14.

Adam Selman is known for his bold and creative fashion designs. He was previously the chief design officer at Savage X Fenty, where he helped launch activewear and loungewear lines. Earlier in his career, he worked under designer Zaldy Goco, who made the famous Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show wings. Selman later designed for big stars like Beyoncé, Rihanna, Katy Perry, and Lorde. He also created his own brands: Adam Selman and Adam Selman Sport.

In addition to Selman, VS&Co announced other major appointments:

  • Anne Stephenson has been promoted to President of the Victoria’s Secret brand. She has over 25 years of experience in merchandising and will start her new role on May 12.
  • Ali Dillion will become the President of Pink on May 12. She brings over 20 years of experience in fashion and branding and was most recently the president of Alex Mill.
  • Amy Kocourek became President of Beauty in March. She has a strong background in product innovation and business growth and previously worked at Kendra Scott.

All three brand presidents will report to CEO Hillary Super. Adam Selman will report directly to Super until a new Chief Marketing Officer is named.

VS&Co says these leadership changes are aimed at helping the company grow faster and improve all of its brands, including Victoria’s Secret, Pink, and its beauty business.

“This is a strong team with big ideas and the skills to make them happen,” said CEO Hillary Super. “With their focus on the customer, we believe they can help us grow, attract new shoppers, and keep our place as a market leader.”

Victoria’s Secret recently reported a 1% increase in sales during the fourth quarter, reaching $2.1 billion in revenue.
