Moncler has made two key internal appointments as part of a larger leadership team restructuring. The company, led by executive chairman and chief creative officer Remo Ruffini, says these changes are meant to strengthen its brand strategy and improve operations.
As part of these changes, Mina Piccinini is now president of Moncler Grenoble, one of the brand’s main business divisions. She will report directly to Leo Rongone, who became CEO of Moncler Group on April 1.
Piccinini will also retain her role as Moncler’s chief corporate strategy officer and will continue to report to Remo Ruffini. Her former duties as chief marketing officer will now go to Rod Manley, who is currently the chief international brand officer.
With the new structure, Rod Manley will lead Moncler’s global marketing strategies and report to Gino Fisanotti. He will focus on making the brand more consistent worldwide and creating a unified story for the company.
Moncler Grenoble remains one of the brand’s most important divisions, closely tied to Moncler’s heritage and mountain roots. Along with Moncler Genius and Moncler Collection, Grenoble is one of the brand’s three main parts. This division focuses on luxury skiwear, outdoor clothing, après-ski fashion, and performance mountain wear for both sport and leisure.
In her new role, Mina Piccinini will guide Moncler Grenoble’s overall strategy, from developing collections to managing retail operations. The company says the goal is to make the division stronger in the market and improve its performance as global demand for luxury outdoor fashion grows.
Meanwhile, Rod Manley’s appointment reflects Moncler’s continued emphasis on building a strong and cohesive global brand identity. His work will focus on creating impactful storytelling and improving cross-regional synergy while ensuring consistency across the company’s marketing efforts.
These leadership changes show that Moncler is working to update its business structure and keep growing its presence in luxury fashion, performance wear, and global branding.
