Attending iPOP! represented a major milestone in Leroy’s journey. After graduating from John Casablancas International Academy, he saw the event as both an opportunity to showcase his talent and a chance to learn from industry professionals.
Throughout the week, he challenged himself, competed alongside talented performers from around the world, and built friendships that made the experience unforgettable.

The event strengthened both his confidence and his commitment to pursuing acting professionally, while giving him valuable insight into the entertainment industry.
Inspired by the Journey
One actor Leroy particularly admires is Jacob Batalon. Beyond enjoying his performances, Leroy is inspired by Batalon’s career journey, knowing he began through the same agency Leroy is now part of.
Seeing someone successfully travel a similar path motivates him to continue working hard and trusting the process. He hopes that one day he’ll have the opportunity to learn from Jacob’s experiences while building a career of his own.
Combining Two Passions
If Hollywood called tomorrow, Leroy already knows exactly what project he’d choose.
A baseball film franchise. Having been part of a decorated high school baseball program, sports have played an important role in shaping his discipline, teamwork, and determination.
He would love to portray a character who inspires others through perseverance, resilience, and commitment, qualities he believes extend far beyond the playing field.
More broadly, Leroy dreams of starring in films that create a positive impact on communities while encouraging audiences through meaningful storytelling.
Lessons Beyond the Spotlight
Sports have been a major influence throughout Leroy’s life. Having played basketball, baseball, and football, he credits athletics with teaching him discipline, teamwork, and resilience.
Football eventually became his favorite, helping develop the competitive mindset and work ethic he now brings into every audition and performance.
Away from acting, Leroy enjoys morning walks, playing video games, watching movies, and studying performances by memorizing dialogue from some of his favorite films.
For him, every movie becomes another opportunity to learn from accomplished actors and strengthen his own craft.
Built on Faith and Family
When asked who has influenced him the most, Leroy doesn’t hesitate. “My parents.”
He credits both his mother and father with teaching him resilience, responsibility, and the importance of staying committed to his goals.
