Saint Laurent has appointed Guillaume Pats as its new Chief Commercial Officer, adding to its leadership team during an important time for global luxury retail. Pats announced his new role on LinkedIn, highlighting the next stage in his international career.
“After an initial stint in APAC, honoured to join Saint Laurent as chief commercial officer,” Pats wrote. His message shows both his international experience and excitement for the position.
Pats has a solid background in luxury retail and commercial strategy. Before joining Saint Laurent, he worked at Louis Vuitton for seven years in several senior positions. He started as Retail Director for France and Monaco, then became General Manager for the same area. Later, he took on the role of Vice President EMEA, overseeing France, Italy, Spain, and the Mediterranean, and was eventually promoted to Senior Vice President EMEA.
Earlier in his career, Pats spent 9 years at Galeries Lafayette, primarily as Purchasing and Merchandising Director and a member of the Executive Committee. He also worked at Yves Rocher for 7 years, starting his career as Retail Director.
Saint Laurent, part of the Kering group, remains a key name in the global luxury market. By the end of 2024, the brand had 318 directly managed stores worldwide and reported revenues of €2.882 billion. Kering will announce its full-year 2025 results on February 10.
With Pats as Chief Commercial Officer, Saint Laurent is focusing on strengthening its commercial performance and retail strategy as it adapts to changing global markets and customer needs.
