The National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT) has given students one more chance to register for its Digital Literacy Course (DLC) November 2025 session. The last date for submitting exam forms and paying fees, which was earlier September 30, has now been extended to October 3, 2025.
This extension offers relief to candidates who missed the previous deadline or faced technical or payment-related issues. With the new date in place, students can complete the entire process, from form submission to fee payment, through the official portal at student.nielit.gov.in.
Courses Covered Under DLC
NIELIT’s DLC programme includes a range of foundational and advanced courses designed to boost digital skills. The November 2025 session covers:
- CCC (Course on Computer Concepts)
- CCCP (Course on Computer Concepts Plus)
- ECC (Expert Computer Course)
- ACC (Awareness in Computer Concepts)
- BCC (Basic Computer Course)
How to Apply for the November 2025 DLC Session
Students who still need to register can do so quickly by following these steps:
- Visit student.nielit.gov.in
- Click on “Apply Online” and choose your preferred course
- Fill in the required details carefully in the application form
- Pay the examination fee using CSC-SPV, NEFT/RTGS, or any other available online method
NIELIT advises all candidates to complete the application process well in advance of the new deadline to avoid last-minute glitches. It is also recommended to regularly check the official website for the latest updates, exam notifications, and other important announcements.
With this extension, students have a fresh window to secure their seats and continue their digital literacy journey without missing the November 2025 session.
