The wait is almost over for thousands of students who appeared in the Company Secretary (CS) Professional and Executive exams earlier this year. The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has officially confirmed that the results of the June 2025 session will be announced on August 25, 2025.
According to the institute, results for the CS Professional Programme (both Syllabus 2017 and 2022) will be declared at 11:00 AM, while the CS Executive Programme (Syllabus 2022) results will be released at 2:00 PM. Once released, candidates can check their results online by visiting the official ICSI website: icsi.edu.
Along with the results, students will also be able to view their subject-wise marks. For the Executive Programme, the e-Result-cum-Marks Statement will be available on the website immediately after the declaration is made. Candidates can download and save it for their records, as the institute will not send any hard copies.
For the Professional Programme, however, physical copies of the marks statement will be dispatched to candidates at their registered addresses. If any student does not receive it within 30 days, they should contact the institute at exam@icsi.edu with their details.
Meanwhile, ICSI has also announced the dates for the December 2025 exams. The CS Professional and Executive exams (Syllabus 2022) will be held from December 22 to December 29, 2025. The online application window, along with the required exam fee, will open from August 26, 2025.
