Bogner, the German luxury fashion brand, has chosen former Puma executive Arne Freundt as its next CEO. This move is a key part of Bogner’s international growth plans. Freundt will officially assume the role of CEO on June 1, 2026.

This appointment comes as Bogner enters a new phase following Katjes Quiet Luxury GmbH’s acquisition of a majority stake in September 2025. The CEO position has been open since Gerrit Schneider left at the end of 2024, while the company adjusted to its new ownership and planned its future.

Freundt has 14 years of experience at Puma, where he held several senior roles, including the group CEO role. Before that, he was chief commercial officer and managing director for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. His skills in sales, brand management, and international business are expected to help Bogner grow in the global luxury market.

Bastian Fassin, chairman of the Bogner Advisory Board, called Freundt one of Europe’s most experienced sports and lifestyle executives. He said Freundt’s leadership and knowledge of international markets make him well suited for Bogner’s long-term growth.

Freundt said he is excited to join Bogner, describing it as an iconic luxury brand with a unique Alpine style. He looks forward to shaping the company’s future and building on its reputation for sporty elegance, craftsmanship, and high quality.

Bogner is known for combining luxury fashion with performance design, especially in premium skiwear and lifestyle clothing. With Freundt as CEO, the company seems ready to expand further into the international luxury market while staying true to its heritage and core values.
