Crocs Inc Names Rupert Campbell President of HeyDude Brand

Crocs Inc has announced an important leadership update. Rupert Campbell has been promoted to executive vice president and president of the HeyDude brand, effective immediately. He will now be part of the company’s executive leadership team and will report directly to Andrew Rees, the chief executive officer of Crocs Inc.

In his new role, Campbell will oversee the direction of the HeyDude brand. This includes guiding product development, shaping marketing plans, and steering the commercial strategy to take the brand to its next stage of growth. He has already been closely involved with the brand as senior vice president and chief commercial officer, a role he has held since March.

Campbell brings deep experience from the footwear industry. Before joining Crocs Inc, he served as president of Adidas North America, managing a large team and a multibillion dollar market. His decade with the German sportswear company also included leadership roles across Europe and Russia, where he played a key part in shaping consumer perception and strengthening brand performance.

Andrew Rees praised Campbell’s impact, saying that Rupert has been a vital part of the HeyDude leadership group and has helped drive the brand’s global strategy. He added that the board and the leadership team believe Campbell is the right person to lead HeyDude toward strong and sustainable international growth.

The news follows Crocs Inc’s recent financial update, which showed consolidated revenue of 996 million dollars in the third quarter, a decline of a little over six percent. HeyDude sales were 160 million dollars for the same period, reflecting a drop of more than twenty percent. With Campbell stepping into this expanded role, the company aims to strengthen the brand’s performance and reconnect with consumers.

Campbell shared his enthusiasm for the opportunity. He said he is grateful to continue his journey with HeyDude and is excited to guide the brand into its next phase. He praised the team for their talent and passion, and expressed confidence that, together, they will bring their strategy to life and build an even stronger bond with consumers.

His appointment signals a renewed push for HeyDude as Crocs Inc focuses on long term growth and brand building in global markets.
