Bella Hadid’s beauty brand Ôrəbella is moving into a new stage after completing a Series A funding round and naming a new chief executive officer.

The company said Silas Capital led the investment round, with more support from existing investor Celebrands. Although the financial details were not shared, this investment shows strong confidence in the brand’s future and its place in the fragrance market.

Since launching in 2024, Ôrəbella has gained attention for its distinctive approach to fragrance and beauty. Built around Bella Hadid’s personal vision, the brand has developed a loyal customer base and expanded rapidly across major retail markets.

Ôrəbella also announced that Anish Agarwal is the new Chief Executive Officer. Agarwal has held leadership roles at top brands such as L’Oréal, Colgate-Palmolive, and T3 Micro, most recently serving as CEO.

Bella Hadid said she is confident in Agarwal’s appointment, noting his mix of operational skill and brand-building experience. He is expected to help the company grow internationally.

The brand’s growth over the past year has been impressive. After a nationwide launch in the United States through Ulta Beauty, Ôrəbella expanded into Ulta Beauty Middle East, reportedly achieving the top fragrance position. The company also strengthened its presence in Europe through partnerships with major retailers, including Douglas, where its products are now available in more than 500 stores across 20 countries.

Further expansion continues through a strategic partnership with Selfridges in the United Kingdom, helping introduce the brand to an even broader audience.

Industry observers view the latest funding round as an important milestone. Investors pointed to the brand’s strong market performance, unique positioning, and engaged customer community as key factors behind their support. The combination of Bella Hadid’s creative influence and experienced executive leadership is expected to play a significant role in driving future growth.

Beyond fragrance, Ôrəbella is preparing to enter new product categories. The company recently announced plans to launch a Body & Hair Perfume Mist featuring its proprietary Orelixir bi-phase technology, marking its first significant expansion beyond core fragrance offerings.

The move reflects a broader strategy to evolve Ôrəbella from a celebrity-backed fragrance label into a comprehensive beauty and lifestyle brand. With fresh capital, experienced leadership, and an expanding international footprint, the company is well-positioned to capitalise on growing consumer demand in the prestige beauty sector.

As the brand continues to build momentum, the latest developments suggest that Ôrəbella’s ambitions extend far beyond its successful launch. The coming years could prove a defining period as Bella Hadid’s beauty venture strengthens its presence on the global stage and explores new opportunities across the industry.
