The National Testing Agency (NTA) has started accepting registrations for NEET UG 2026. If you want to apply for undergraduate medical or allied health science courses, you can now fill out your application at neet.nta.nic.in.
NEET UG 2026 is the only entrance exam for many undergraduate medical courses in India. It covers MBBS, BDS, BVSc & AH, and AYUSH programs like BAMS, BUMS, BSMS, and BHMS under the National Commission for Homeopathy.
You will also need a NEET UG score if you want to apply for B.Sc. Nursing programs under the Military Nursing Service (MNS). To get a seat in the four-year B.Sc. Nursing course at Armed Forces Medical Services hospitals in 2026, you must qualify in NEET UG.

If you are eligible, follow these steps to apply:
- Visit the official website neet.nta.nic.in
- Click on the NEET UG 2026 registration link available on the homepage
- Register by entering the required personal and academic details
- Fill out the application form carefully
- Pay the applicable examination fee online
- Submit the form and download the confirmation page
- Keep a printed copy of the confirmation for future reference

The application fee varies by category:
- ₹1700 for General category candidates
- ₹1600 for General-EWS and OBC-NCL candidates
- ₹1000 for SC, ST, PwBD, and Third Gender candidates
You can pay online using a debit card, credit card, UPI, or net banking. Please remember that bank processing charges and GST, if they apply, will be added by the payment gateway.
