The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) has released the SSC (Class 10) hall tickets for the 2026 board examinations. Admit cards became available on January 19, 2026, giving students and schools time to prepare for exams scheduled to begin next month.
According to the official notification, the Maharashtra SSC examinations will be held from February 20 to March 18, 2026, in pen-and-paper mode across the state. Students must carry their hall tickets to the examination centre on all exam days, as entry is not permitted without a valid admit card.
How to Download Maharashtra SSC Hall Ticket 2026
Only schools and private candidates can download SSC hall tickets, not students directly. Schools affiliated with MSBSHSE can access and download the hall tickets from the official websites mahahsscboard.in and mahahsscboard.maharashtra.gov.in, and then distribute them to students.
To download the hall ticket, school authorities and private candidates need to:
- Visit the official website mahahsscboard.in
- Click on the SSC link under the “Latest Notifications” section
- Select the “Login for Institute” option
- Click on “Sign in here” under the SSC section
- Enter the institute’s username and password
- Choose the required roll number range and download the hall tickets
- Take printouts and distribute them to students
Students do not need to pay any fee to obtain the Maharashtra SSC admit card. They must ensure the school-issued hall ticket is properly signed and stamped by the principal, as unsigned hall tickets are invalid.
What to Do in Case of Errors on SSC Admit Card
Students should carefully check all details on the hall ticket, including name, mother’s name, date of birth, subjects, and photograph.
If there is any error in personal details, the respective school must submit an online correction request using the “Application Correction” link, along with the prescribed correction fee. Once the correction is approved by the Divisional Board, the updated hall ticket will be made available through the “Correction Admit Card” option.
For issues related to subjects or the medium of instruction, schools must approach the Divisional Board directly. In cases where the student’s photograph is unclear, the school must affix a clear photograph to the hall ticket and authenticate it with the signature and official stamp of the headmaster or principal.
Students should stay in touch with their schools and regularly check official updates to avoid last-minute issues before the Maharashtra SSC exams begin.
