At eleven years old, Ysabella Loyola has already made a name for herself as a singer-songwriter, recording artist, and international performer. Born in the Philippines and raised in Los Angeles, Ysabella’s rise from an impromptu mall performance to singing the National Anthem at major sporting events reflects her natural talent and passion for the musical arts. With no formal training and an abundance of support from family and friends, this young prodigy has quickly become one of the most promising new voices in entertainment.
When Ysabella was just five years old, her family relocated from the Philippines to Los Angeles. Despite the initial challenges of adjusting to a new environment, Ysabella quickly found comfort in music and dancing. A self-taught pianist, she has always been drawn to the arts, and it was not long before she discovered her true passion for singing. Her big break came in 2021 when she was only nine. She was at a mall when she sang “Part of Your World” from Disney’s The Little Mermaid in front of a small crowd of shoppers. Her voice, pure and angelic, captivated the onlookers, and her talent was soon recognized. A passerby who heard her sing was so impressed that he invited her to perform the National Anthem at Toyota Arena, marking the true beginning of her musical career.
Since her debut performance, Ysabella’s voice has been in high demand, receiving invitations to perform at events across various cities. Her rendition of the National Anthem has become particularly iconic, and she has the honor of performing it at major sporting events for California teams like the LA Clippers, LA Dodgers, LA Lakers, LA Angels, and LA Kings. Each performance has further solidified her reputation as a young artist with a voice that can move crowds across the nation. However, Ysabella’s talent is not confined to singing the National Anthem—she has also demonstrated her capabilities at other significant events like the 4th of July Moreno Valley Float Parade. In 2022, Ysabella even had the opportunity to collaborate with Lexi Rabe, best known for her role as Tony Stark’s daughter in The Avengers movie, in one of her music videos. This collaboration highlighted Ysabella’s versatility and ability to connect with other young talents in the industry. In 2023, Ysabella was chosen to sing for the First State of the City Address of Mayor Ashley Aitken of Anaheim. This performance was yet another milestone in her rapidly growing career and showcased her as a young artist capable of handling high-pressure events with grace and poise.
Ysabella’s musical journey reached new heights when she was selected as a child soloist for the Filipino American Symphony Orchestra concert in 2023. Sharing the stage with legendary artists like David Pomeranz, APO Hiking Society, and Jed Madela, Ysabella held her own while impressing the audience with her powerful voice. As a result of this experience, among others, Ysabella was able to release her first original song titled “Late August” in late 2023. The song, a heartfelt ballad, was inspired by a friendship that unexpectedly changed. “Late August” resonates with listeners of all ages and demonstrates Ysabella’s songwriting skills and mature emotional depth for her age.
Ysabella’s hard work and natural talents have not gone unnoticed; she has received numerous awards, including the “Best Child Star” Award from Spotlight, the 2023 “Best Young Entertainer of the Year” Award, and was also named one of the “Top 75 Most Influential Filipino Americans” in 2023. This year, she received the “Most Inspiring Youth Artist of the Year” Award from Spotlight and the “Best Child Performer of 2024.” Additionally, she was honored with the prestigious Ammerasia Award, further solidifying her status as a rising star.

Ysabella Loyola’s musical career is just beginning. With a voice that is both powerful and angelic, she has the ability to captivate audiences of all ages. Her confidence and natural talent have already brought her far, and there is no doubt that she will continue to rise. As she sets her sights on larger audiences and bigger stages, Ysabella remains committed to spreading positivity through her music. At just 11 years old, Ysabella Loyola is a reminder that with passion and hard work, dreams really can come true.
