Looking for a game to play and show how good you are to the world? Or maybe just something fun to play with your buddies? I got you!

2025 is such a weird year for online gaming. Seems like every week a new “huge online game” is dropping for you to try, and it can be quite a hassle to decide what to try out. In this article, I want to get into some of the biggest and best games to try, no game of the week or anything like that. Just pure skill and fun!

A lot of the games I will list today have their downsides. Being free to play in some cases can provide the player a bit of a grind, or maybe you want to skip a particularly hard task the game puts forward. Thankfully we have SkyCoach to take care of us, they provide help with a lot, if not all of the games that I will list! They provide a Destiny 2 carry service, Call of Duty boosting service and most other big titles in online gaming as well. If you have a problem with a game, chances are they can help you. Now let’s get into the list!

Destiny 2

Destiny 2 released in 2017 and has been steadily releasing content up until this day with its vast campaign and lore that you can uncover while playing with friends. This game is a first-person shooter action RPG with cinematic campaign and raid moments in the way very few online games provide. You will find the combat satisfying and responsive. If you’re feeling tough, you can even put your skills to the test in PvP arenas. Although it’s mainly a PvE game. If you’re looking for a game to coop with your friends, and you love making RPG builds and leveling up, then this is a very good fit for you.

Call of Duty Warzone

Call of Duty Warzone is this franchise’s entry into the genre of Battle Royale, and they came with a bang. Maybe one of the fastest and most responsive gameplay where every second counts while in a gunfight. The thing that separates this the most is the movement. Dive and sprint in every direction as you take out your enemies. This game is definitely for those that feel ready for an intense gaming session. Whether you’re diving into traditional Battle Royale, limited-time modes, or DMZ-style extractions, Warzone offers constant variety and adrenaline-pumping action. With frequent updates, fresh seasonal content, and tight integration with the latest Call of Duty titles, it stays fresh and competitive.

Marvel Rivals

The biggest boom in recent online gaming. You probably heard about this game just because of the subject matter, but it still deserves a place on the list! Marvel Rivals is a hero shooter taking place in the titular marvel universe. Play as your favorite heroes as you take on objective based matches, free for all, and even some limited time event modes where your stills and versatility will be put to the test. With every character feeling fun to play and a new one coming every month for the foreseeable future, you won’t be bored at all by what this game has to offer. Which is responsive gameplay, tight controls that can be customized to fit your play style and excellent aesthetic and visuals. This game is here to stay!

Fortnite

Let’s not pretend like we haven’t heard about Fortnite, shall we? This game is one of the biggest, with one of the lowest skill floors but highest skill ceilings, you’re sure to find every level of gamer skill in this game. It’s also possibly one of the most versatile games in on the list, thanks to the near infinite amount of game modes. The most popular mode is Battle Royale, but it also has Rocket Racing, which puts your driving skills to the test. Music festival, a guitar hero-like game mode where you and your friends pick an instrument and play your favorite songs. Ballistic, a tactical shooter mode in first person! And many more, thanks to its creative island, where players make their own vastly different modes. You and your friends won’t have a boring moment playing this multi faceted game.

Rainbow Six Siege

Rainbow Six Siege really puts the “tactical” in tactical shooter. Teamwork is essential in this very intense PvP objective-based game. No run and gun in this game, you have to be slow and precise. Defending a point in this game can feel like a horror game at time with the loud explosions at a distance and hearing opponents walking near you thanks to its incredible sound design. The game will go through a very exciting change soon in the form of a name change to “Rainbow Six Siege X”. The game will switch to a Free-to-play model, add a new mode, and make some very requested changes to the core of how the game works. Players are excited and you should be too! These changes are expected to drop on June 10th so if you’re thinking of buying the game you can maybe hold off and just get it for free. Although, players that had it before this change will get some cosmetic rewards and earlier access to the competitive mode. This game has been getting content steadily since its release, with major changes that the players asked for. Even if they do slip up at times, they usually hear the player base and rectify some mistakes along the way. This game is extremely fun, and very few feel quite as tense as this one!

In conclusion

This is just some of the biggest names in online gaming. However, it’s for sure a great list of games to propose to your friends or to just jump into by yourself if you feel like making new friends along the way. The online gaming world keeps getting bigger with huge names dropping often, but some games stand the test of time, these games will bring you hours upon hours of fun for sure.
