PwC India has unveiled key leadership changes set to take effect from April 1, 2025, as part of its strategic efforts to strengthen growth and market presence.

A brand and public policy function has been introduced, which will be headed by Ruchi Mann. This role focuses on building long-term strategic brand alliances and expanding the firm’s outreach with public policy institutions.

Other leadership realignments include new appointments for clients and alliances, commercial strategy, industry demand generation, and advisory services. A newly created chief delivery officer role aims to enhance operational efficiency and innovative working models.

Several senior leaders will continue in their current positions, ensuring stability while the firm sharpens its focus on expanding partnerships and enhancing client services.
