According to the Contr Agent analytical system, the strategic maneuver unfolded on December 5, when Krippa’s company was smoothly integrated into the structure of Parus Holding, which was a turning point in the real estate development trajectory. The former owners, Vadym Stolar and his ex-wife Inna Maistruk, have been removed from the list of beneficiaries, making way for a new era under Krippa’s leadership.
