LONDON: Online fashion retailer ASOS has named Manoja Josyula as its permanent Director of Product Propositions. This move highlights the company’s commitment to improving customer experience and supporting long-term growth.
Josyula has held the role on an interim basis since she joined ASOS earlier this year. She will continue to report to Ben Blake, Executive Vice President of Customer and Commercial.
Josyula will manage several of ASOS’ main customer offerings, such as Premier membership, loyalty programs, and returns. These areas are important for customer engagement, retention, and the company’s business results.
Before joining ASOS, Josyula was General Manager for Foreign Travel at Trainline, where she led strategy, commercial performance, and international operations. She also held senior leadership positions at Storio Group and Photobox, gaining extensive experience in trading, partnerships, category management, and business growth.
Commenting on the appointment, Ben Blake said Josyula has already made a significant impact within the business. He praised her strategic thinking, commercial expertise, and customer-first approach, adding that she has a clear vision for enhancing ASOS’ Premier, loyalty, and returns propositions.
Josyula said she has enjoyed working with ASOS’ teams over the past few months and is excited to continue building shopping experiences that are more rewarding, seamless, and personalised for customers. She added that there is a significant opportunity to strengthen customer engagement and loyalty as the company continues its growth journey.
ASOS, founded in 2000, serves about 17 million active customers in over 150 markets. The company offers its own fashion labels, such as ASOS DESIGN, ARRANGE, COLLUSION, Topshop, and Topman, along with many global partner brands. ASOS continues to invest in customer-focused innovation and digital retail experiences.
