In addition to her new role at On, Helmersson currently serves on the boards of Quizrr, a digital training company, and Circulose, a company focused on recycling textiles.

“I’m honored and excited to join On’s board of directors,” said Helmersson. “On’s mix of innovation, performance, and purpose is truly special. I look forward to helping shape the company’s future as it continues to grow.”

On’s co-founder and executive co-chairman, David Allemann, welcomed Helmersson to the team. “Her strong background in retail and leadership will be a great strength as we aim to become the world’s top premium sportswear brand,” he said.
