Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has named Kritika Saxena as its new Head of Marketing for India. This appointment adds to the company’s leadership as it works to boost its brand and improve its marketing approach across the country.
As Head of Marketing, Saxena will oversee TCS’ marketing across India. She will focus on raising brand visibility, coordinating marketing across different teams, and supporting important company projects. She will also lead the #AcceleratingIndia campaign, which she says is especially meaningful to her.
Kritika Saxena has extensive experience for this role. Before TCS, she worked for 14 years at CNBC-TV18 as Chief of Bureau for Mumbai and South India. She hosted shows like After the Bell and India Business Hour, and is known as a respected business journalist.
Since joining TCS in 2020, Saxena has led corporate communications and helped modernize the company’s brand messaging. She also helped launch TCS Studios, the in-house content and production team focused on better storytelling and digital engagement.
Saxena shared the news on LinkedIn and said she is excited to move from journalism to a corporate leadership role. She looks forward to building a stronger brand for TCS in India and said, “good storytelling is at the heart of everything.”
With her experience in media, communications, and brand building, Saxena is expected to bring new ideas and strong leadership to TCS’ marketing in India.
