PVH Corp, the global fashion company known for Calvin Klein and TOMMY HILFIGER, has named Gemma Hart as its new Chief Communications Officer. She will start on February 9, 2026, taking over from Amber McCann, who is leaving to pursue new opportunities.
As Chief Communications Officer, Hart will oversee PVH’s global communications, both inside and outside the company. She will join the Executive Leadership Team and report to CEO Stefan Larsson.
Gemma Hart has over 20 years of experience in communications and public affairs at major global companies.
For the last 10 years, she has worked in consumer-focused industries, most recently as Senior Vice President and Head of Corporate Affairs at Danone North America. Earlier, she spent 13 years at Brunswick Group, a global advisory firm, where she became a Partner and helped clients with strategic communications during key business events.
Stefan Larsson praised Hart’s strong background and strategic thinking. He said Gemma has shown she can connect communication strategies to business goals. He also noted that her global experience will help shape and expand PVH’s communications as the company grows its iconic brands.
Larsson also thanked outgoing communications chief Amber McCann for her work, saying she helped build a strong foundation for PVH’s long-term growth.
Gemma Hart shared her excitement about joining PVH. She said she has always admired Calvin Klein and TOMMY HILFIGER as leading fashion brands. Hart also said she looks forward to working with the PVH team during this important time for the company.
Her goal is to help PVH grow by developing strong, effective communication strategies.
