Charlotte Tilbury Beauty announced Jerome Leloup as its new chief marketing officer. He started on March 2, marking an important step as the luxury brand expands worldwide.
Leloup shared the news on LinkedIn, expressing excitement about joining the company. He looks forward to working with founder Charlotte Tilbury and helping the brand redefine beauty worldwide.
The marketing executive brings over two decades of experience in the beauty and fragrance industry. For six years, he served as vice president at Rabanne. Before that, he spent 13 years with the Spanish luxury group Puig, where he served as general manager for premium and niche brands.
Earlier in his career, Leloup gained industry experience at Parfums Christian Dior and worked five years with L’Oréal. His professional journey spans about twenty-five years, much of it in Paris before this new role in London.
With this new position, Leloup will relocate to London, where Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is headquartered. His appointment comes during a period of change within the company. Industry sources reported that the brand’s chief executive, Demetra Pinsent, had stepped down from her role.
Despite leadership changes, the parent company, Puig, reported strong financial growth. Its latest update announced revenue of over 5 billion euros in 2025, indicating steady growth from the previous year.
Leloup’s arrival is expected to boost Charlotte Tilbury Beauty’s global marketing as the brand continues to grow in the competitive luxury cosmetics market.
