Fleapo has named Shishir as its new Chief Executive Officer, signalling the company’s plans to expand its AI business solutions worldwide.

Based in Bengaluru and backed by Y Combinator, the startup calls itself an “AI Product Factory” and focuses on quickly building and launching AI-powered systems for businesses across industries.

Shishir has over 14 years of experience at major companies like Google, Amazon, Microsoft, Wipro, and J.P. Morgan. He has worked in product strategy, digital transformation, growth management, and platform scalability.

He graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur and the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. He is joining Fleapo as more businesses are moving from testing AI to using it widely in their operations.

Fleapo was co-founded by Mohammad Hasan, who previously built TagMango, a platform that reportedly helped creators earn over $100 million. Hasan also started AIFiesta, a subscription service that brought together several AI tools and models. The company says AIFiesta reached $10 million in yearly recurring revenue in just six months.

With Fleapo, Hasan is focusing on building AI-powered systems designed to improve revenue generation, customer engagement, operations, automation, and workflow efficiency for businesses.

Speaking about the company’s vision, Mohammad Hasan said that many companies understand the importance of AI but struggle with execution and implementation speed. He described Fleapo as an execution-focused AI company aimed at helping businesses move quickly from concept to deployed AI systems.

Fleapo’s current services include AI sales agents, AI customer support, workflow automation tools, AI avatars for content, and custom AI products for both startups and larger companies.

According to the company, Fleapo has already delivered more than 150 products globally across markets including India, the United Kingdom, Singapore, Estonia, Lithuania, and Canada. The company says these products have helped clients improve operational efficiency, accelerate product launches, and collectively raise more than $50 million in funding.

As CEO, Shishir will lead the company’s next stage of growth. He will focus on expanding enterprise AI use, growing Fleapo’s AI agent network, creating repeatable ways to deliver AI, and building stronger global partnerships.

He said that businesses now need AI systems that clearly deliver results, such as higher revenue, lower costs, faster work, and better customer experiences. He believes companies that use AI well will have a big advantage in the years ahead.

Fleapo believes the next big change in digital transformation will come from AI systems built into daily work, not just as separate apps. With Mohammad Hasan leading product vision and Shishir focusing on execution and scaling, the company aims to become a top AI startup from India serving global markets.
